4. Annual Management Fee
A 2% annual management fee is automatically deducted yearly from your account balance.

5. Deposit Fees
2% deposit fee + 1% currency conversion. RM5 flat withdrawal fee. 1% trade open commission.

6. Risk Acknowledgement
You confirm you understand the risks and are investing with money you can afford to lose.

Access is at management's sole discretion. We may reject applications or close accounts without notice.

8. Minimum Investment
Minimum deposit to open an account is RM 250.

9. Withdrawal Gate Policy
To protect fund stability, the following withdrawal restrictions apply:

First 3 months: Clients may not withdraw more than 25% of their total deposited amount within any rolling 3-month period. This applies to all approved and pending withdrawals combined.

After 3 months: The withdrawal gate is fully lifted. Clients may withdraw their full available balance at any time, subject only to the standard RM5 processing fee.

The gate activation date is based on the account opening date. Any withdrawal request exceeding the gate limit will be automatically declined with a clear message showing the remaining allowance.
